OneDrive is a cloud file storage and synchronization service that lets you store and protect your files, share and collaborate on them with others, and access them from all of your devices.

- Sync’ing your files to and storing them in the cloud.
- Sharing of/collaborating on personal (i.e. non-team/department level) files.
What OneDrive is not intended for:
- Sync’ing, storing, sharing, and collaborating on non-personal (i.e. team/department level) files.
